shipping costs are calculated after getting your order volume and it is also based on the delivery method and destination.
3. Processing Time
Orders processing time depend on the product type, usually we take 7 to 10 working days to produce the products and then ship the parcels. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
2. Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. For other exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping.
3. Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you can swap the product with your desired products.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number with your returned item. You are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the item is a result of our manufacturing error.
