need to follow our return policy.

a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original
packaging, and in resalable condition.
b. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products are non-returnable.
c. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
[email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Include the RMA number with your returned item. You are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the item is a result of our manufacturing error.

3. Exchange Policy

a. Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused
condition and in original packaging.
b. Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at

shipping costs for the exchange. For other exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping.
c. Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you can swap
